My biggest win yet.
We are champions at the SuperAI NEXT Hackathon in Singapore.
My team emerged as one of four winning teams, splitting a $50,000USD prize pool.
The final competition pool was sieved out after the organisers received hundreds of applicants.
We were put in a room for 36 hours and churned out full stack AI apps.
We made an AI-powered hardware and software tool offhand.ai that used a camera and microphone module meant to be mounted on glasses, allowing a forensic pathologist to narrate and generate a live case report while carrying out an autopsy.
We pitched in front of a crowd of hundreds at one of the biggest AI conferences in the world.
The competition was filled with professionals and people who obviously knew what they were doing better than I did.
The lesson I learnt was to never count myself out, regardless of the qualifications or accolades I hold.
